ATI Foundation offers a unique and out-of-the-box Certificate Program in Drama Based Facilitation for corporate and other organizations. This three day unique program is focused on enhancing the facilitation skills of existing trainers. This practice based TTT program provides trainers, coaches, L&D Heads and HR Managers a deep understanding of how Drama Based Facilitation can be fused in their own area of expertise. No matter which trainers are coming from which background, they will learn various activities which will add a value to their own training programs. This will make their training more inclusive, participatory and more effective than conventional trainings.
